Vomiting (known medically as emesis and informally as throwing up and a number of other terms) is the forceful expulsion of the contents of one's stomach through the mouth and sometimes the nose.

As with all bedroom sports, please exercise extreme caution when trying this at home. Always use freshly ripened bananas as to avoid breakage while inserted. Also, I recommend starting with a lighter, smaller fruit, perhaps a grape, or a baby carrot.
